Als Office Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter ons kantoor in Kortrijk. Je combineert commercieel inzicht met people management. Je onderhoudt relaties met klanten, bouwt nieuwe samenwerkingen uit en zorgt ervoor dat jouw team elke dag het beste van zichzelf kan geven.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking en de resultaten van jouw kantoor.
  • Je coacht, motiveert en ondersteunt jouw team zodat iedereen kan groeien.
  • Je onderhoudt bestaande klantenrelaties en bouwt actief nieuwe contacten uit.
  • Je gaat op zoek naar commerciële opportuniteiten en zet deze om in duurzame samenwerkingen.
  • Je begeleidt je team bij het maken van de juiste match tussen kandidaat en klant.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en houdt steeds de doelstellingen van het kantoor voor ogen.

Je hebt een bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma, of je overtuigt ons met jouw ervaring en persoonlijkheid.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf hierin:

  • Je hebt een uitgesproken commerciële drive.
  • Je haalt energie uit het coachen van mensen.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die het goede voorbeeld geeft.
  • Je bouwt vlot relaties op met klanten, prospecten en kandidaten.
  • Je kent de regio Kortrijk en bent graag aanwezig op netwerkevents.
  • Je ziet uitdagingen als kansen en gaat voluit voor resultaat.
  • Je hebt naast Nederlands ook een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
