Office Manager notariskantoor, 4-5 dagen, VAST, Amsterdam Bedrijfsprofiel Voor een professioneel en gespecialiseerd notariskantoor in Amsterdam zoeken wij een Office Manager die overzicht brengt in een omgeving waar altijd iets gebeurt . Op kantoor werken ongeveer 50 professionals. De sfeer is informeel en betrokken, het inhoudelijke niveau is hoog en gedurende de dag is er volop reuring. Collega's lopen binnen met vragen, leveranciers staan voor de deur, er moet iets worden geregeld voor een borrel en ondertussen vraagt ook de dagelijkse kantoororganisatie om aandacht. Precies daar kom jij in beeld. Je komt terecht in een professioneel notariskantoor in Amsterdam waar circa 50 mensen werken. Er wordt op hoog niveau gewerkt voor ondernemingen en organisaties, maar intern zijn de lijnen kort en is de sfeer open en informeel. Het is een kantoor waar mensen veel met elkaar samenwerken en waar gedurende de dag behoorlijk wat gebeurt. Voor deze functie is dat belangrijk: dit is geen plek waar je acht uur achter elkaar ongestoord één taak uitvoert. Juist de combinatie van mensen, organisatie, ad-hocvragen en praktische zaken maakt de rol. Functie omschrijving Als Office Manager zorg jij ervoor dat het kantoor achter de schermen soepel draait. Je wacht niet af tot iemand je vertelt wat er moet gebeuren, maar ziet het werk liggen, bepaalt wat prioriteit heeft en pakt het op . De ene dag organiseer je een kantoorborrel of overleg, de andere dag schakel je met een leveranciers over bureaus en printers.Tussendoor houd je de receptiemailbox in de gaten, regel je de lunch en zorg je dat praktische en administratieve zaken worden afgerond. Je hebt veel verschillende lijntjes tegelijk lopen en juist dat vind je leuk. Je houdt overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere mensen tegelijkertijd iets van je nodig hebben. Wat ga je onder andere doen?
