The posting

Vous serez la personne qui tient la maison au quotidien, pendant que le CEO se consacre au développement commercial. Vous prenez en main tout ce qui est transversal : finances, comptabilité, ressources humaines, contrats, aspects pratiques et promotion de l'entreprise.

Les projets, leur exécution et l'organisation des équipes restent aux chefs de projet et de département. Vous travaillez en appui, avec un rôle proche de celui d'un CFO de PME et un vrai sens de l'anticipation.

Vos missions

• Finance et comptabilité : prendre en charge la comptabilité, encodage compris, avec à terme l'appui d'une assistante à mettre en place ; produire les situations intermédiaires, piloter la trésorerie et préparer la clôture avec l'expert-comptable.

• Budget et reporting : rassembler et fiabiliser les chiffres dont le CEO a besoin pour construire le budget et le présenter au Conseil d'administration.

• Subsides : assurer le suivi administratif et financier des projets subsidiés et repérer les nouvelles opportunités de financement.

• Contrats : être force de support sur le volet financier des contrats (conditions de paiement, garanties, pénalités, assurances).

• Outils : piloter la mise en place du nouvel ERP et créer les outils de gestion utiles (parc automobile, registre des contrats, inventaire…).

• Ressources humaines et vie pratique : administration du personnel, cadre commun à tous (règlement, pointage, absences), bâtiment, assurances, IT générale ; être le point de contact du personnel et le garant de ce cadre.

• Promotion : comprendre ce que l'entreprise veut mettre en avant et le faire vivre sur tous les vecteurs (site web, réseaux sociaux, salons, références clients, presse).

• Dossiers ponctuels : prendre en main les sujets irréguliers et les creuser jusqu'au bout : partenariats, négociation avec les fournisseurs et sous-traitants, leviers fiscaux et aides, projets d'investissement, litiges.
