Jouw rol

Voor het hoofdkantoor in Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een representatieve Office Manager die verantwoordelijk is voor het soepel laten verlopen van alle facilitaire zaken en het creëren van een gastvrije ontvangst. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel medewerkers als bezoekers en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich welkom voelt. Daarnaast houd je overzicht over leveranciers, organiseer je bedrijfsevenementen en signaleer je waar processen verbeterd kunnen worden.

Wat ga je doen?

Ontvangst en begeleiding van bezoekers en medewerkers

Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor vragen en doorverbinden van telefoongesprekken

Coördineren van post, pakketten en inkomende leveringen

Bestellen van vervoer, cadeaus, kantoorbenodigdheden en boodschappen voor op kantoor

Beheer van bedrijfsfietsen inclusief contact met de servicepartner

Afstemming met externe partijen zoals schoonmaak, onderhoud en plantenverzorging

Reserveren van vergaderruimtes en parkeerplaatsen

Klaarzetten van vergaderfaciliteiten en onderhouden van een nette, professionele kantooromgeving

Organiseren van teamactiviteiten en bedrijfsevenementen

Eerste aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie

MBO/ HBO Werk en denkniveau

Werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol

Vaardig in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands én Engels

Servicegerichte instelling met oog voor detail

Proactief, oplossingsgericht en stre
