Ben jij de schakel die een organisatie draaiende houdt? Voor onze opdrachtgever, een succesvol familiebedrijf in de regio Utrecht, zoeken wij een hands-on Office Manager die energie krijgt van variatie en multitasking.

De functie

In deze veelzijdige rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken op kantoor. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich kan focussen op hun kernactiviteiten, terwijl jij de basis op orde houdt. Van facilitaire coördinatie tot financiële ondersteuning, van social media tot het organiseren van teamevents, geen dag is hetzelfde.

Jouw werkzaamheden

Als Office Manager ben je breed inzetbaar. Je ondersteunt de organisatie op verschillende vlakken: je houdt toezicht op certificeringen en contractbeheer, verzorgt de administratieve verwerking rondom projecten en klantcontacten, beheert verschillende mailboxen en zorgt voor een professionele online uitstraling via website en sociale media. Daarnaast regel je kantoorvoorraden, coördineer je facilitaire aangelegenheden en organiseer je interne bijeenkomsten. Je werkt nauw samen met het financiële team bij factuurverwerking en registraties.

Je hebt MBO/ HBO werk en denkniveau en beschikt over organisatorische vaardigheden.

Detail-gerichtheid en overzicht houden zijn jouw tweede natuur.

Je bent communicatief vaardig, pragmatisch ingesteld en weet prioriteiten te stellen.

Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echt teamplayer die goed kan schakelen tussen verschillende taken.
