Office medewerker Als office manager ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen de organisatie. Je ondersteunt verschillende afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat de administratieve processen soepel verlopen. Je verwerkt orders, verzorgt de facturatie en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die telefonisch contact opnemen. Je werkt in een betrokken team waar samenwerken vanzelfsprekend is. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid, overzicht en servicegerichte instelling kunnen collega's en klanten op je rekenen. Wat ga je doen? Je zorgt ervoor dat de administratie correct en tijdig wordt verwerkt en ondersteunt collega's waar nodig. Daarnaast onderhoud je contact met klanten en zorg je voor een professionele afhandeling van vragen. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met: - Beantwoorden van binnenkomende telefoongesprekken in het Nederlands en Engels (Duits is een pré); - Verwerken en invoeren van klantorders; - Opstellen en versturen van facturen; - Ondersteunen van verschillende afdelingen bij administratieve werkzaamheden; - Bewaken van een correcte en efficiënte administratieve afhandeling. Over de opdrachtgever Onze opdrachtgever is een groothandel in decoratieve artikelen. De mooiste potten, vazen, kunstbloemen en meer! Ieder seizoen hebben ze weer een mooie nieuwe collectie. Onze opdrachtgever is al langere tijd een belangrijke speler en is in de corona periode tijd flink gegroeid en heeft in mei 2023 intrek genomen in het splinternieuwe moderne pand in omgeving Aalsmeer! De werksfeer is informeel, open, en georganiseerd. Vereisten - Mbo werk- en denkniveau; - Minimaal één jaar ervaring in een administratieve of ondersteunende functie; - Ervaring met Microsoft Office; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk (Duits is een pré); - Een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige werkhouding; - Een proactieve instelling en plezier in samenwerken.
