Een organisatie waar korte lijnen, ondernemerschap en samenwerken centraal staan en waar jij een belangrijke spil bent binnen het kantoor. De organisatie importeert en levert voedingsingrediënten aan zakelijke klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Jouw rol Jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat alles achter de schermen op rolletjes loopt. Je ondersteunt collega's, bewaakt de administratie en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer de hectiek toeneemt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en beheren van administratieve gegevens. - Secretariële ondersteuning en agendabeheer. - Verzorgen van correspondentie en documentatie. - Contact onderhouden met klanten, leveranciers en collega's. - Ondersteunen bij logistieke en commerciële processen. - Signaleren van knelpunten en zorgen dat zaken worden opgelost voordat iemand anders ze ziet.
