Production Site Assistant (Tijdelijke functie t/m december) - Regio Zaandam Ben jij een georganiseerde en proactieve regelaar die graag de spil is achter de schermen van een dynamische productieomgeving? Voor onze opdrachtgever in Zaandam zijn wij per direct op zoek naar een enthousiaste Site Assistant! Het betreft een tijdelijke functie op uitzendbasis tot en met december, voor 24 uur per week (flexibel in te delen over 4 of 5 dagen). In deze veelzijdige rol ondersteun je zowel de facilitaire als logistieke processen en ben je de verbindende schakel tussen verschillende afdelingen, medewerkers en externe partners.

Werkzaamheden - Logistieke ondersteuning: Ondersteunen bij in- en uitgaande goederenstromen en het vriendelijk te woord staan van chauffeurs en leveranciers. - Systeem- & Voorraadadministratie: Zorgvuldig administreren van materialen en producten in het systeem en het actief bewaken van de voorraad. - Bestelbeheer: Ondersteunen bij het tijdig bestellen van materialen, verpakkingsmiddelen en overige facilitaire benodigdheden. - Facilitaire coördinatie: Beheren en regelen van facilitaire zaken rondom lockers, toegangspassen, schoonmaak en afvalverwerking. - PBM & Werkkleding: Zorgen voor een nette verstrekking en beheer van werkkleding en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM) voor alle medewerkers.

Wij zoeken - Minimaal mbo-4 werk- en denkniveau - Aantoonbare ervaring met administratieve en coördinerende werkzaamheden - Uitstekende vaardigheid met MS Office (kennis van SAP is een grote pre) - Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal in woord en geschrift - Je bent nauwkeurig, communicatief sterk, stressbestendig en een ster in plannen en organiseren - Beschikbaar voor 24 uur per week (verdeeld over 4 of 5 werkdagen) tot en met oktober
