Was als persönliche Vision von Christian Gutenbrunner und Elisabeth (Lilly) Lischka-Gutenbrunner begann, ist heute ein zuverlässiger Partner für Pferdebesitzer in ganz Österreich und Deutschland. Mit Fachwissen, Erfahrung und echter Begeisterung für Pferde begleiten wir Sie dabei, die Gesundheit und das Wohlbefinden Ihres Pferdes optimal zu unterstützen.

Zum sofortigen Eintritt suchen wir 1 Office & Operations Manager:in ab 25 Wochenstunden Hirschbach bei Freistadt

IHRE AUFGABEN

* Kaufmännische und organisatorische Verantwortung für das laufende Tagesgeschäft

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung bei operativen, organisatorischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Themen

* Koordination und Kontrolle der laufenden Buchhaltung sowie Vorbereitung der Unterlagen für die externe Steuerberatung

* Abwicklung von Rechnungswesen, Zahlungsverkehr, Mahnwesen sowie laufenden Auswertungen

* Kontrolle der Arbeitszeitaufzeichnungen sowie Vorbereitung der notwendigen Unterlagen für die externe Lohnverrechnung

* Verantwortung für Bestellwesen, Lieferantenkommunikation und Warenverfügbarkeit

* Überwachung von Bestellungen, Auftragsbestätigungen, Lieferterminen und Eingangsrechnungen

* Kaufmännische Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und Kunden - von der Bestellabwicklung bis zur Klärung offener Anliegen und Reklamationen

* Organisation und laufende Weiterentwicklung unserer Office-, Lager- und Versandabläufe

* Betreuung unseres ERP-Systems sowie Mitgestaltung effizienter, zukunftsfähiger Prozesse

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung, betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise mit Verantwortung in einem Unternehmen

* Sehr gutes Verständnis für Rechnungswesen, Zahlungsverkehr und betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge

* Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und Freude daran, Prozesse sinnvoll weiterzuentwickeln

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel

* Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Kommunikation mit internationalen Lieferanten von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Diskretion und Hands-on-Mentalität

* Freude daran, in einem kleineren, engagierten Team wirklich etwas bewegen zu können

* Erfahrung in der Pferdebranche ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt beträgt € 3.600,- brutto monatlich (auf Vollzeitbasis). Für diese verantwortungsvolle Position ist eine deutliche Überzahlung - abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung - vorgesehen.
