Jouw rol: een sterke basis én ruimte om te groeien Jij bent een belangrijke spil in onze dagelijkse operatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de administratieve en organisatorische basis staat als een huis en dat onze teams achter de schermen soepel hun werk kunnen doen. Je start met een veelzijdige rol waarin de ondersteuning van HR & Office Support ongeveer 50% van je tijd beslaat. Daarnaast ondersteun je collega's binnen onder andere Finance en Fundraising. Van het regelen en organiseren van praktische zaken tot het ondersteunen van processen: jij houdt overzicht, pakt aan en zorgt dat dingen geregeld worden. Tegelijkertijd is dit meer dan een ondersteunende rol. Je krijgt volop de ruimte om MOTG van binnenuit te leren kennen, initiatief te nemen en mee te bouwen aan onze verdere groei.
