Als Office Verantwoordelijke ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt en zorg je ervoor dat alles achter de schermen én in de showroom vlot verloopt.

Jouw taken

Commerciële binnendienst

  • Je ontvangt en adviseert klanten in de showroom.
  • Je beantwoordt telefonische en digitale vragen.
  • Je stelt offertes op en volgt deze actief op.
  • Je beheert de algemene mailbox en denkt commercieel mee met de klant.

Administratie & organisatie

  • Je verwerkt bestellingen van A tot Z.
  • Je volgt dossiers administratief op.
  • Je maakt prijsberekeningen en beheert prijslijsten.
  • Je ondersteunt de zaakvoerder en coördineert de planning van leveringen.

Logistiek & operationeel

  • Je bewaakt de voorraad en plaatst bestellingen.
  • Je stemt de planning af tussen kantoor en productie.
  • Je volgt leveringen op en optimaliseert waar mogelijk de interne processen.

Showroom & presentatie

  • Je zorgt voor een verzorgde en aantrekkelijke showroom.
  • Je denkt mee over presentatie, decoratie, productopstellingen, collecties en bedrijfskledij.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een echte duizendpoot die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • een commerciële ingesteldheid;
  • een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken;
  • organisatorisch talent;
  • een hands-on mentaliteit;
  • een goede kennis van Microsoft Office (Excel is belangrijk);
  • ervaring met Business Central is een pluspunt;
  • feeling met grafische producten of textiel is mooi meegenomen.
