The posting

Bij onze opdrachtgever krijg je een afwisselende rol waarin je als eerste aanspreekpunt fungeert. Je beantwoordt binnenkomende telefoontjes en verstrekt offertes voor mediationtrajecten. Zodra er een getekende offerte is, neem je proactief contact op met alle betrokken partijen. Je verstrekt de benodigde documenten en informeert hen over welke mediator de zaak zal behandelen. Ook zorg je voor de juiste match door contact op te nemen met een mediator uit de juiste regio, die de zaak verder kan oppakken. Daarnaast monitor je de voortgang van de mediationtrajecten nauwlettend.

Je onderhoudt regelmatig contact met de mediators voor overleg over nieuwe, lopende of af te sluiten trajecten en schakelt waar nodig met casemanagers van verzekeraars. Wanneer nodig, breng je ze in contact met een persoon binnen onze organisatie om specifieke vragen te beantwoorden. Na afronding van een traject ontvang je het eindregistratieformulier en de factuur van de mediator, die je zorgvuldig verwerkt. Vervolgens zorg je ervoor dat er een factuur naar de opdrachtgever wordt gestuurd. Daarnaast houd je de inkoop- en verkoopadministratie nauwkeurig bij, monitor je de betalingen en maak je per kwartaal een overzicht van de betaalde en ontvangen BTW.

Voor nieuwe mediators geef je instructies over de werkwijze en verwerking van mediations. Ook zorg je ervoor dat de vakantiedata van de mediators goed worden bijgehouden, en dat alle documenten up-to-date zijn. De afspraken met onze opdrachtgevers over samenwerkingen en tarieven houd je zorgvuldig bij.
