Als officemanager zorg je dat de dagelijkse kantoororganisatie soepel verloopt, ondersteun je de directie en help je collega's met allerlei project- en procesmatige werkzaamheden. Omdat ZRi een bouwadviesbureau is, werk je in een omgeving waarin adviseurs dagelijks bezig zijn met projecten op het gebied van Aanbesteden & Contracteren, Bouwfysica & Bouwtechniek en Bouwmanagement. Je houdt je niet alleen bezig met algemene kantoor- en organisatietaken, maar ook met werkzaamheden die direct raken aan onze projectpraktijk. Denk aan teksten voor social media en website, het organiseren van interne activiteiten en projectbezoeken, het coördineren van processen binnen ons kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en het ontzorgen van de directie met onder meer maandelijkse rapportages en agendabeheer. Jouw werk is concreet en zichtbaar. Je krijgt veel ruimte om zelfstandig zaken op te pakken, mee te denken en verbeteringen door te voeren. Jij: - hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau; - bent handig met Microsoft 365, waaronder SharePoint, en hebt bij voorkeur interesse in tools zoals Power BI, of vindt het leuk om je dit snel eigen te maken; - kunt goed zelfstandig werken, bent proactief en hebt aan een half woord genoeg; - denkt vooruit, signaleert wat aandacht nodig heeft en denkt graag mee over betere of vernieuwde werkprocessen; - hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en communiceert mondeling en schriftelijk professioneel en helder; - bent zorgvuldig, hebt oog voor detail en werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig; - kunt makkelijk schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden, houdt overzicht en stelt de juiste prioriteiten; - bent betrokken, representatief, servicegerich...
