Dan is deze functie als Officemanager misschien iets voor jou. Voor onze organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een Officemanager voor 16-20 uur per week. In deze veelzijdige functie zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse gang van zaken op kantoor soepel verloopt. Je organiseert, regelt en neemt praktische werkzaamheden uit handen van collega's. Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol binnen interne communicatie, medewerkerbeleving en marketing & communicatie. Wat ga je doen? Als Officemanager ben je een echte regelaar. Je ziet wat er nodig is en pakt dit zelfstandig op. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en geen dag is precies hetzelfde. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het organiseren en coördineren van personeelsbijeenkomsten, evenementen, open dagen, bedrijfsbezoeken en andere activiteiten. - Het verzorgen van activiteiten rondom medewerkerbeleving, zoals onboarding, attenties, jubilea en bijzondere gelegenheden. - Het regelen van facilitaire zaken, zoals kantoorbenodigdheden, voorzieningen, onderhoud en contacten met leveranciers. - Het uitvoeren van praktische werkzaamheden rondom interne communicatie en employer branding, waaronder het verzorgen van onze interne nieuwsbrief. - Het ondersteunen van de marketing- en communicatieadviseur bij onder andere social media, content en het actueel houden van communicatiemiddelen en beeldmateriaal. - Het signaleren van werkzaamheden binnen marketing en communicatie die je zelfstandig kunt oppakken. - Het ondersteunen van de directie bij bijvoorbeeld vergaderingen, agendabeheer, presentaties en het bewaken van actiepunten. - Het oppakken van andere praktische werkzaamheden en projecten ...
