The posting

Wat ga je doen? Bij CUPSZ produceren we bedrukte kartonnen verpakkingen voor de foodsector: koffiebekers, saladebowls, wrapcups en verpakkingen voor groente en fruit. We groeien snel, we hebben onze productielocatie verdubbeld en ons team wordt groter. Daarmee groeit ook de administratie mee. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor collega's op het gebied van HR, en daarnaast draai je ook een belangrijk deel van onze financiële administratie mee. Wat betekent dit voor jou? HR is je grootste taak, ongeveer 1 tot 2 dagen per week: - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor al onze collega's, van kantoor tot productie; - Je stelt arbeidsovereenkomsten op, regelt verlengingen en houdt de personeelsdossiers op orde; - Je houdt contact met onze salarisadministrateur en geeft alle mutaties door; - Je verwerkt ziek- en herstelmeldingen en houdt contact met de arbodienst; - Je zet vacatures uit, plant sollicitatiegesprekken in en zorgt dat nieuwe collega's een goede eerste dag hebben: laptop klaar, toegang geregeld, introductieschema compleet. Wordt een dossier complexer, bijvoorbeeld bij langdurig verzuim? Dan heb je altijd back-up. Je schakelt met een externe senior HR-adviseur die met je meedenkt en de zwaardere dossiers oppakt. Je staat er dus nooit alleen voor. Financiële administratie - Je verstuurt de klantfacturen; - Je boekt inkoopfacturen in Exact; - Je houdt de debiteuren bij, verstuurt aanmaningen en pakt zelf de telefoon om achterstanden op te lossen. En verder Je zorgt voor het reilen en zeilen op kantoor. Denk aan inkoop, contact met leveranciers en de losse dingen die anders blijven liggen. Je rapporteert direct aan de directie, waarmee je ook nauw samenwerkt. Wat maakt deze rol bijzonder? Deze functie is nieuw bij CUPSZ. Je stapt dus niet in een bestaand stramien, maar bepaalt zelf hoe je het inricht. Je hebt korte lijnen met de directie en er zitten geen managementlagen tussen. Je werk is ook direct zichtbaar.
