Officemedewerker Als Office medewerker bij Administratiekantoor Marck in Bergeijk zorg jij ervoor dat alles op kantoor goed geregeld is. Jij bent de collega die overzicht houdt, zaken oppakt en ervoor zorgt dat klanten en collega's altijd bij iemand terechtkunnen. Administratief, organisatorisch én praktisch. Bij Administratiekantoor Marck verzorgen we de financiële administratie voor MKB-ondernemers uit de regio. Persoonlijk contact en aandacht vinden we belangrijk. Dat merk je niet alleen in de samenwerking met onze klanten, maar ook binnen het team. Als Office Medewerker ben jij daarin een belangrijke schakel. USP's - Veel afwisseling in je werk - Functie voor 28 tot 40 uur - Flexibele werktijden - Pensioenregeling en fietsplan - Ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen - Salaris tot €3.550,- Dit ga je doen Je bent een belangrijke schakel binnen het team: je houdt overzicht, helpt collega's verder en zorgt dat alles achter de schermen goed geregeld is. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Je stelt offertes en opdrachtbevestigingen op en bewaakt de tijdige ondertekening - Je maakt klantdossiers aan, zet administratieve pakketten klaar en geeft klanten hierover uitleg - Je verwerkt de wekelijkse urenregistratie en ondersteunt collega's met administratieve taken, zoals het inboeken van facturen - Je beheert de telefoon, agenda en post, bent een aanspreekpunt voor collega's op kantoor en ontvangt klanten als gastvrouw of gastheer - Je helpt met het inrichten van een nieuw CRM systeem en onderhoudt deze - Je regelt facilitaire zaken en zorgt dat de voorraad voor kantoor en kantine op orde is Nog niet helemaal thuis in alle administratieve werkzaamheden?
