Dit ga je doen als Officer HR Als Officer HR bij Aboma heb je een brede en praktische HR-rol. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden en zorgt ervoor dat onze HR-processen zorgvuldig, duidelijk en tijdig worden uitgevoerd. Daarbij krijg je onder andere te maken met personeelsadministratie, verzuim, arbeidsvoorwaarden, salarisvoorbereiding, mobiliteit, opleiding en ontwikkeling, werving en selectie en de verdere professionalisering van HR-processen binnen Aboma. - Je ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij praktische HR-vraagstukken rondom functioneren, inzetbaarheid, verlof, arbeidsvoorwaarden en personele wijzigingen. - Je verzorgt de administratieve verwerking van in-, door- en uitstroom, zoals arbeidsovereenkomsten, mutaties, personeelsdossiers, gebruikersgegevens en wijzigingen in HR-systemen. - Je bent betrokken bij verzuim en inzetbaarheid: je bewaakt acties, houdt contact met betrokkenen en zorgt dat processtappen zorgvuldig worden vastgelegd. - Je verzamelt, controleert en verwerkt gegevens voor de salarisverwerking, waaronder mutaties, declaraties, vergoedingen, verlof en arbeidsvoorwaardelijke regelingen. - Je beantwoordt vragen van medewerkers over arbeidsvoorwaarden, verlof, pensioen, regelingen, opleidingen en interne HR-procedures. - Je ondersteunt bij werving en selectie, onboarding en introductie van nieuwe collega's, zodat zij goed en compleet kunnen starten bij Abo...
