The posting

Dans le cadre de sa mission, l'officier(ère) assure notamment l'accompagnement spirituel des personnes, l'animation des activités et célébrations de l'Armée du Salut ainsi que la participation à la vie et au développement du poste.

La fonction implique une présence régulière sur le terrain, un contact avec différents publics et une participation active à la mission de l'Armée du Salut.

Le ou la candidat(e) devra faire preuve d'un bon sens de l'écoute et de l'accompagnement, ainsi que de bonnes capacités relationnelles et de communication. Il ou elle devra être capable de travailler de manière autonome tout en appréciant le travail en équipe, faire preuve de disponibilité, de flexibilité et d'un réel sens des responsabilités. Il ou elle devra également être capable de s'adapter à différents publics et situations et démontrer un engagement envers la mission et les valeurs de l'Armée du Salut.

  • Être officier(ère) de l'Armée du Salut, ayant signé une alliance et s'étant engagé(e) à servir au sein de l'Armée du Salut ;
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance de l'Armée du Salut, de sa mission, de ses valeurs et de son fonctionnement ;
  • Justifier d'au moins 5 années d'expérience en tant qu'officier(ère) / ministre de culte ;
  • Adhérer et contribuer activement aux valeurs et à la mission de l'Armée du Salut ;
  • Maîtriser le français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
  • La connaissance et la pratique de la deuxième langue nationale constituent un atout ;
  • Être en possession d'un permis de conduire constitue un atout.

Avantages : logement de fonction, voiture de service et 33 jours de congés annuels (24 jours de congés légaux + 9 jours de congés extra-légaux). La fonction est exercée selon un régime de travail de 6 jours par semaine.
