Ben jij een gepassioneerde drukker die het offset drukproces als geen ander beheerst? Vind jij het een uitdaging om de drukpers (5 kleuren KBA rapida 142) optimaal in te stellen om productiedoelstellingen te behalen?

Streef jij naar perfectie in jouw werk en ben je nooit tevreden met minder dan het beste resultaat? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele drukproces, inclusief het voorbereiden van drukwerk en het beheren van de voorraad van inkten, lakken en andere benodigde materialen.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de drukpers altijd in topconditie verkeert door regelmatig onderhoud uit te voeren en een schone, veilige werkomgeving te waarborgen.

Bij storingen beschik je over het technische inzicht om deze zelfstandig op te lossen, en meld je ernstige problemen tijdig aan je leidinggevende of het technische team.

Bovendien neem je actief deel aan verbeterinitiatieven om de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van het drukproces te verhogen. Je werkt in een 3-ploegenstelsel (vroege/late/nacht) en bent klaar om je vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Een technische drukopleiding A2/A3 of een gelijkwaardig niveau door werkervaring.
  • Ervaring met offsetdrukken, bij voorkeur in meerkleurendruk. Ervaring met massief karton of KBA is een pluspunt.
  • Een teamspeler die goede communicatie waardeert en bijdraagt aan een collegiale werksfeer.
  • Oog voor detail en een sterk gevoel voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
