Buscamos personal de mantenimiento para incorporarse a una empresa ubicada en Valencia, responsabilizándose del mantenimiento general de instalaciones y de la resolución de incidencias en diferentes aparcamientos.

Ideal para personas con experiencia en mantenimiento integral y capacidad para desenvolverse en distintas áreas técnicas.

No se requiere experiencia especializada en un oficio concreto (electricidad, albañilería, fontanería, etc.), sino un perfil polivalente con habilidad para realizar pequeñas reparaciones, tareas de mantenimiento básico y resolución de incidencias sencillas en diferentes ámbitos.

Se trata de un puesto de incorporación directa a plantilla de la empresa, remunerado con hasta 23.000€ brutos/mensuales y a jornada completa. La persona seleccionada realizará labores de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones y colaborando con proveedores externos y servicios de prevención. Funciones del puesto de trabajo: -Mantenimiento general y acondicionamiento de instalaciones. -Resolución de incidencias en los aparcamientos. -Reparación y mantenimiento básico de elementos eléctricos: luminarias, cartelería, enchufes e interruptores. -Trabajos de fontanería básica: reparación de grifería, desagües, sifones y atascos. -Reparaciones de carpintería y mobiliario. -Trabajos básicos de albañilería en paredes, suelos, techos, grietas, alcantar.
