Voor artsen met visie, ondernemingszin en zin om impact te maken

Voor de opstart en uitbouw van een volledig nieuwe dienst oftalmologie zijn wij op zoek naar 2 à 3 gedreven oftalmologen die samen hun schouders willen zetten onder een toekomstgericht project.

Vanaf dag één krijg je de kans om mee richting te geven aan de inhoud, de krijtlijnen, organisatie en groei van de dienst:

  • mee bepalen van het zorgaanbod en de subspecialisaties
  • mee vormgeven van werkafspraken, werking en toekomstvisie
  • ruimte om een onderbouwd businessplan uit te werken voor infrastructuur en toestellen
  • mogelijkheid om chirurgische activiteit uit te bouwen (o.a. cataract, andere ingrepen en secundaire pathologie)
  • combinatie met of uitbouw van eigen privé-activiteit buiten het ziekenhuis blijft mogelijk

Wij zoeken erkende artsen-specialisten in de oftalmologie (België) die zich herkennen in het volgende profiel:

  • ondernemend, visionair en gemotiveerd om een dienst uit te bouwen
  • sterke interesse in één of meerdere subspecialisaties
  • teamspeler die gelooft in samen groeien en samen beslissen
  • engagement voor kwalitatieve, toegankelijke en patiëntgerichte zorg
  • sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
  • vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, met basiskennis Frans
