Bouw mee aan een performant en toekomstgericht operatiekwartier!

Als OK-Manager neem je de leiding over de strategische ontwikkeling en performantie van het operatiekwartier en centrale sterilisatie over twee campussen (15 zalen). Je focust niet op de dagelijkse operationele aansturing, maar op het versterken en optimaliseren van de werking.

Je:

- bepaalt strategische prioriteiten voor het operatiekwartier - initieert, trekt en implementeert organisatiebrede projecten - analyseert processen en stuurt gericht bij om efficiëntie en kwaliteit te verhogen - geeft directe leiding aan 2 hoofdverpleegkundigen waar de dagelijkse werking verankerd zit - draagt zorg voor een veilige en kwalitatief hoogwaardige zorg op het operatiekwartier met een continue aandacht voor het werk- en leerklimaat voor medewerkers en studenten - optimaliseert OK-capaciteit en blokkenplanning, en stuurt actief bij waar nodig - werkt op basis van data en inzichten rond financiering en economische parameters en zet deze systematisch om in gerichte financiële analyses en optimalisatieacties - creëert draagvlak voor veranderingen bij artsen, hoofdverpleegkundigen en medewerkers - bouwt bruggen tussen medische diensten, verpleegkundige teams en directie en draagt bij aan het realiseren van organisatiedoelstellingen en het jaaractieplan

We zoeken een profiel dat sterk is in analyse, procesdenken en resultaatgericht sturen en daarbij het evenwicht met mensgericht leiderschap behoudt.

Je:

- hebt een masterdiploma op zak in een zorg-, wetenschappelijke, economische of ingenieursrichting (biomedische wetenschappen, gezondheidswetenschappen, handelsingenieur, industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur, ...) .We kijken daarnaast naar jouw vermogen om processen te sturen, te verbeteren en te verbinden - brengt ervaring mee in een leidinggevende rol en hanteert een coachende leiderschapsstijl - denkt vanuit processen en systemen en weet complexe organisaties te doorgronden - hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en neemt onderbouwde beslissingen - hebt inzicht in planning, capaciteit en optimalisatie - begrijpt hoe financiering en economische parameters een werking beïnvloeden - communiceert helder en verbindend op alle niveaus - weet draagvlak te creëren en mensen mee te nemen in verandering - beweegt je vlot in een omgeving met verschillende stakeholders
