Je puzzelt met OK-capaciteit, operatieduur, specialismen, patiënten en beschikbare medewerkers. Je schakelt continu tussen wat vandaag moet, wat morgen kan en wat gisteren eigenlijk al geregeld had moeten zijn. - Jos Prinzen, Teammanager OK Planning Waarom je bij ons wilt werken Jij ziet geen chaos. Jij ziet een planning. En als OK-planner weet je: dat is nogal een verschil. Want op de OK draait alles om timing. Een operatie verplaatsen? Een spoedingreep tussendoor? Een chirurg die schuift, een patiënt die eerder kan en een OK die ineens toch beschikbaar is? Jij houdt het hoofd koel, het overzicht scherp en de planning in beweging. Ik zie je, ik zorg voor je. Dat is onze rode draad. Voor onze patiënten én voor elkaar. Je hebt veel contact met OK-medewerkers, medisch specialisten, planners en andere afdelingen. Je houdt iedereen op de hoogte, signaleert knelpunten en komt met oplossingen voor iemand door heeft dat er een probleem is. Puzzelen op professioneel niveau Een planning die van A naar B moet? Jij maakt er A, B, C én een slimme back-up van. Een onverwachte spoedoperatie? Een wijziging op het laatste moment? Jij blijft rustig. Een planning die nét niet past? Jij gaat puzzelen tot hij wél klopt. "Het leuke is dat geen dag hetzelfde is. Je bent de hele dag aan het schakelen, maar juist daardoor heb je ontzettend veel invloed op hoe soepel de OK-dag verloopt." Iemand die misschien gespannen is. Iemand die wacht op een operatie. Iemand die graag wil weten waar hij of zij aan toe is. Daarom betekent 'Ik zie je, ik zorg voor je' voor jou meer dan alleen een mooie slogan. Je ziet wat er nodig is. Je ziet waar het vastloopt.
