In onze autonome kleuterschool staan kleuters écht centraal. We geloven in een rijke taalomgeving, in kansen om te spreken, te luisteren, te ontdekken en elke dag verder te groeien. Ons team is warm, collegiaal en betrokken. Een plek waar iedereen elkaar kent, waar we samen verantwoordelijkheid opnemen en waar ook jij gezien wordt.

Voor ons dynamisch kleuterteam zoeken we een ondersteuner talenbeleid. Iemand die graag mee het verschil maakt voor de taalontwikkeling van onze kleuters en energie krijgt van een gevarieerde opdracht: soms administratief en organisatorisch achter de schermen, maar even goed midden in de klaspraktijk.

Je werkt nauw samen met de taalexpert van onze school. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat ons talenbeleid niet alleen op papier staat, maar vooral voelbaar wordt in de dagelijkse praktijk.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ondersteunt bij de afname van de KOALA-screening en helpt bij de verwerking en registratie van de resultaten.
  • Je helpt observaties en gegevens overzichtelijk in kaart te brengen.
  • Je ondersteunt kleuters individueel, in kleine groep of in de klas op vlak van taalontwikkeling.
  • Je helpt taalstimulerende activiteiten en materialen voorbereiden en uitvoeren.
  • Je ondersteunt klasleerkrachten bij concrete acties rond taal.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met onze taalexpert, klasleerkrachten en het zorgteam.
  • Je helpt mee om acties vanuit ons talenbeleid te vertalen naar de dagelijkse klaspraktijk.

Wat mag je verwachten?

  • Een warme school waar we écht naar elkaar luisteren en waar je nooit alleen staat.
  • Een gevarieerde opdracht waarin administratie, ondersteuning en rechtstreeks werken met kleuters elkaar afwisselen.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met onze taalexpert, die je inhoudelijk mee op weg zet.
  • Een betrokken team dat kennis deelt, samenwerkt en samen bijstuurt.
  • Ruimte om te groeien en je verder te verdiepen in taalontwikkeling bij jonge kinderen.
  • Een 4/5-opdracht tot aan de herfstvakantie, met mogelijkheid tot verlenging. Een deel van de opdracht kan worden aangesteld in 36sten, afhankelijk van je diploma.

  • Een warm hart voor kleuters en oog voor hun verschillende taalnoden.
  • Een nauwkeurige en georganiseerde manier van werken.
  • Goesting om zowel achter de schermen als op de klasvloer mee het verschil te maken.
  • Een open en leergierige houding: je werkt graag samen en staat open voor feedback.
  • Kennis van taalontwikkeling bij jonge kinderen is een mooie meerwaarde.
  • Ervaring met KOALA is fijn meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste.
