Je neemt deel aan de crisisorganisatie en wordt ingezet bij incidenten, rampen en crises. Tijdens piketperiodes ben je oproepbaar en ontvang je voor deze beschikbaarheid een piketvergoeding. Wat ga je doen? In tijden van crisis is heldere en effectieve communicatie cruciaal. Zodra er een (dreigend) incident, ramp of crisis is, kom jij in actie binnen het team Crisiscommunicatie. Dit team is verantwoordelijk voor het snel informeren van inwoners en hen voorzien van handelingsperspectief. Als omgevingsanalist kom je in actie tijdens een groot incident zoals een brand of een stroomstoring, of wanneer er opgeschaald wordt naar GRIP 1 of hoger . Jij fungeert dan als de verbinding tussen de crisisorganisatie en de buitenwereld. Je volgt en analyseert hoe publiek en pers reageren: welke vragen er spelen, welke zorgen er leven en hoe informatie wordt beleefd. Door (social) media en pers- en publieksvragen te monitoren en te duiden, vertaal je signalen uit de samenleving naar een actueel omgevingsbeeld dat direct gebruikt wordt voor de communicatieaanpak. Jouw kerntaken zijn: • Verzamelen van vragen, geruchten en emoties van de omgeving in relatie tot het (dreigende) incident; • Analyseren van die gegevens en ze verwerken in een omgevingsanalyse; • Eventueel adviseren over de focus van de communicatieaanpak ten aanzien van informatievoorziening, schadebeperking en betekenisgeving; • Analyseren van het effect van de communicatieaanpak (vanaf tweede omgevingsanalyse).
