De opdracht richt zich op het proactief agenderen van onderwerpen vanuit de omgeving die invloed kunnen hebben op de kwaliteit en scope van complexe herinrichtingsprojecten, zoals riool, openbare verlichting, verhardingen, beplanting, kunstwerken, sport en spelen. De Omgevingsmanager richt zich op bewoners en belanghebbenden, en zorgt voor draagvlak en goede afstemming. De rol omvat het opstellen van een omgevingsmanagementplan, stakeholderanalyses, vergunningaanvragen en verslaglegging. De werkzaamheden worden zelfstandig uitgevoerd, met volledige vrijheid in werklocatie en werktijden, en zonder directe aansturing. Jouw profiel De ideale kandidaat beschikt over: - Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in GWW (Grond / Weg / Waterbouw) - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als omgevingsmanager bij civieltechnische projecten in voorbereiding en uitvoering - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving binnen de afgelopen 6 jaar - Aantoonbare ervaring in IPM-teams en binnenstedelijke infrastructuurprojecten in de afgelopen 5 jaar - VCA-VOL certificaat of bereidheid deze binnen 3 maanden te behalen - Zelfstandigheid, besluitvaardigheid en goede communicatieve vaardigheden Harde eisen: - Aantoonbaar VCA-vol certificaat of bereid deze te behalen binnen 3 maanden Wensen: - Ervaring met multidisciplinaire projecten en stakeholdermanagement - In bezit van een rijbewijs B Neem contact op met Kelly Maas Kelly Maas, senior consultant bij Vonders Omgevingsmanager Kwakelkade Haarlem Vanaf 01 decembe...
