Als omgevingsmanager verbind je projectteams met bewoners, bedrijven en overheden en houd je grip op belangen, risico's en participatie. Je werkt aan infraprojecten in Almere en krijgt daarbij ruimte voor een flexibele indeling van je werktijd. Als omgevingsmanager ben jij de verbinding tussen het project en de omgeving. Je werkt aan projecten voor kabels, leidingen en distributienetwerken in midden Nederland. Projecten die nodig zijn voor de levering van energie en andere nutsvoorzieningen, maar tijdens de uitvoering ook gevolgen hebben voor bewoners en bedrijven. Voordat de uitvoering begint, breng jij belangen, risico's en stakeholders in kaart. Je maakt een plan van aanpak, organiseert participatie en zorgt dat vergunningen, onderzoeken en communicatie zijn geregeld. Tijdens de uitvoering blijf je aanspreekpunt voor de omgeving. Je schakelt daarbij met bewoners, bedrijven, gemeenten, opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen. Intern werk je samen met collega's binnen het projectteam. Je zorgt dat signalen uit de omgeving op tijd bij de juiste mensen terechtkomen en dat afspraken worden vastgelegd. - Opstellen en bijhouden van plannen van aanpak en participatieplannen. - In kaart brengen van stakeholders, omgevingsbelangen, kansen en risico's. - Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met bewoners, bedrijven, gemeenten en andere partijen. - Organiseren van bewonersbijeenkomsten, overleggen en participatietrajecten. - Inventariseren en aanvragen van vergunningen, meldingen en ontheffingen. - Coördineren van onderzoeken op het gebied van bodem, milieu, kabels en leidingen. - Opstellen van rapportages, BLVC plannen en schouwplannen. - Registreren en opvolgen van klachten, complimenten, schades en afspraken. - Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van omgevingsmanagement op basis van ervaringen uit projecten.
