Als Omgevingsmanager Civiele Techniek ben jij het gezicht naar de buitenwereld en de schakel tussen het projectteam en alle externe stakeholders. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het managen van de omgeving rondom complexe infrastructurele projecten, waarbij je zorgt voor draagvlak, tijdige vergunningen en een soepel verloop van het project. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, engineers, adviseurs en externe partijen om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten niet alleen technisch excellent zijn, maar ook maatschappelijk gedragen worden. In deze rol combineer je strategisch denken met praktische uitvoering. Je analyseert de belangen van verschillende stakeholders, ontwikkelt communicatiestrategieën en zorgt ervoor dat alle partijen tijdig en adequaat worden geïnformeerd. Je anticipeert op mogelijke bezwaren en bedenkt creatieve oplossingen om weerstand om te buigen naar draagvlak. Daarnaast heb je een belangrijke rol in het verkrijgen van alle benodigde vergunningen en ontheffingen, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met overheden en andere bevoegde instanties. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van omgevingsmanagementplannen voor infrastructurele projecten; - Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met stakeholders zoals bewoners, bedrijven, overheden en maatschappelijke organisaties; - Organiseren en leiden van informatiebijeenkomsten, klankbordgroepen en participatietrajecten; - Coördineren van vergunningstrajecten en adviseren over juridische en procedurele aspecten; - Signaleren van risico's en kansen in de omgeving en proactief schakelen met het projectteam; - Adviseren van projectleiders over communicatie- en participatiestrategieën; - Monitoren van maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen en trends die van invloed kunnen zijn op projecten; - Bijdragen aan het verbeteren van omgevingsmanagementprocessen binnen de organisat
