Omgevingsmanager ZZP Ruimtelijke ordening 5+ jaar Hbo Limburg 16 - 24 uur €3824 - €5624 Zet jouw omgevingskracht in voor Groene Rivier Well en breng bewoners, projectteam en aannemer samen in de realisatie. Dit ga je doen Als Omgevingsmanager binnen het project Gebiedsontwikkeling Groene Rivier Well (GGRW) werk je in het omgevingsteam van Waterschap Limburg aan het Hoogwaterbeschermingsprogramma (HWBP). Je zorgt dat omgevingsmanagement niet 'erbij' gebeurt, maar stevig is georganiseerd terwijl het project de overgang maakt van planuitwerking naar realisatie. In deze rol ga je concreet aan de slag met: - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor diverse omgevingsdossiers binnen project Well. - Voorbereiden, organiseren en begeleiden van overleggen en bijeenkomsten met bewoners, bedrijven en andere stakeholders, in samenwerking met de aannemer. - Beantwoorden van vragen uit de omgeving en onderhouden van contacten met belanghebbenden. - Intensief samenwerken met het technisch team en contractteam tijdens de uitvoering van het project. - Toetsen van (definitieve en uitvoerings)ontwerpen van de aannemer op omgevingsaspecten en omgevingseisen en hierover adviseren richting projectteam. - Bewaken van contractuele omgevingseisen en afspraken (waaronder VSP) en afstemming hierover met de aannemer. Je landt in een omgevingsteam waarin samenwerken en eigenaarschap centraal staan: je schakelt direct met IPM-rolhouders en brengt overzicht in een speelveld met veel belangen. Wat dit team onderscheidt, is de praktische focus op uitvoering én de duidelijke koers: met de omgeving, voor de omgeving. Adventure awaits!
