Daarom werkt Brabant Water aan innovatieve oplossingen zoals nieuwe waterwinlocaties en bronbescherming. Als omgevingsmanager speel jij hierin een sleutelrol. Je brengt stakeholders samen, creëert draagvlak en zorgt ervoor dat belangrijke projecten succesvol van plan naar uitvoering gaan. Dit ga je doen Als omgevingsmanager ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen Brabant Water en haar omgeving. Je bouwt sterke relaties op met gemeenten, provincies, waterschappen, natuurorganisaties en bewoners en weet uiteenlopende belangen samen te brengen. Dankzij jouw netwerk en omgevingssensitiviteit signaleer je ontwikkelingen, beleid en initiatieven die van invloed kunnen zijn op Brabant Water. Je vertaalt deze naar kansen, risico's en concrete adviezen, zodat Brabant Water tijdig kan anticiperen en haar belangen goed vertegenwoordigd blijven. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in projecten rondom drinkwaterwinning en bronbescherming. Je zorgt voor draagvlak, brengt de juiste partijen samen en begeleidt de bestuurlijke en maatschappelijke processen die nodig zijn om projecten succesvol te realiseren. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met interne collega's en externe partners en ben je een stevige sparringpartner voor management en projectleiders.
