In deze rol als Omgevingsmanager, wijk je niet terug voor uitdagende en complexe vraagstukken. Jij schakelt moeiteloos tussen belanghebbenden, brengt partijen samen en zorgt ervoor dat alle neuzen dezelfde kant op staan. Samen met een gemotiveerd integraal projectteam streef jij naar optimale resultaten, binnen de vastgestelde kaders van tijd, kwaliteit en budget. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten, van stalen bruggen, en de versterking van elektriciteitsnetwerken tot aanleg van wegen. Hierbij ben jij dé schakel die bouwt aan balans tussen de belangen van Heijmans Infra B.V., opdrachtgevers en de omgeving. Dit gaat hand in hand met jouw bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de vakgroep. Concreet houdt jouw functie het volgende in: - Het samenstellen van projectteams bestaande uit specialisten zoals vergunningsadviseurs, ecologen, verkeerskundigen, omgevingscoördinatoren en communicatieadviseurs; - Afstemmen met vergunningverleners en het aanvragen van vergunningen; - Opstellen en waarborgen van bereikbaarheid-, leefbaarheid-, verkeersveiligheid- en communicatieplannen (BLVC-plannen); - Betrokkenheid tonen in tenders en de ontwerpfase van projecten; - Organiseren en begeleiden van bijeenkomsten met bewoners of andere belanghebbenden; - Beschikbaar zijn tijdens calamiteiten en ingrijpen met professionaliteit; - Actief bijdragen aan de groei en kwaliteit van het omgevingsmanagementteam.
