Als Omgevingsmanager Infrastructuur vervul je een cruciale rol in het succes van civiele infrastructuurprojecten. Je bent de essentiële schakel tussen het projectteam en alle externe belanghebbenden, waaronder omwonenden, bedrijven, gemeenten en andere overheden. Je vertaalt technische projectinformatie naar begrijpelijke communicatie en zorgt ervoor dat alle partijen goed geïnformeerd blijven tijdens de gehele projectduur. Jouw diplomatieke vaardigheden en proactieve houding zijn van onschatbare waarde om draagvlak te creëren en weerstand te minimaliseren. In deze uitdagende functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van omgevingsmanagementplannen voor diverse infrastructuurprojecten; - Het identificeren van belanghebbenden en het in kaart brengen van hun belangen en zorgen; - Het organiseren en leiden van informatiebijeenkomsten en participatieprocessen; - Het opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met lokale overheden en belangengroepen; - Het anticiperen op en managen van omgevingsrisico's en kansen; - Het adviseren van het projectteam over omgevingsgerelateerde zaken; - Het verzorgen van heldere communicatie naar alle betrokken partijen.

Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en specialisten om een gestroomlijnde projectuitvoering te garanderen waarbij de impact op de omgeving zorgvuldig wordt gemanaged. Doorgroeimogelijkheden liggen voor jou in het vergroten van je projectverantwoordelijkheden, specialisatie in complexe binnenstedelijke projecten of doorgroei naar senior omgevingsmanagement posities met strategische verantwoordelijkheden op organisatieniveau.
