Als Omgevingsmanager Landelijk Gebied vervul je een cruciale rol bij het realiseren van projecten in het buitengebied. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het managen van de relaties met alle betrokken stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat projecten soepel verlopen, waarbij je rekening houdt met diverse belangen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, technische experts en overheden om tot gedragen oplossingen te komen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Het identificeren en in kaart brengen van alle stakeholders en hun belangen; - Het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van communicatie- en participatiestrategieën; - Het organiseren en begeleiden van informatie- en inspraakbijeenkomsten; - Het adviseren van projectteams over omgevingsgevoelige aspecten; - Het bemiddelen bij conflicterende belangen en het zoeken naar compromissen; - Het onderhouden van contacten met lokale overheden, bewoners en belangengroepen; - Het bewaken van de voortgang van afspraken en toezeggingen aan stakeholders.

Je krijgt de kans om te groeien binnen deze functie door specialisatie in specifieke domeinen zoals energietransitie in het buitengebied of natuurontwikkeling. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar een rol als senior omgevingsmanager of projectleider voor integrale gebiedsontwikkelingen.
