Als On-site IT Support Medewerker in Den Haag ben jij hét aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer. Je zorgt dat werkplekken optimaal functioneren en dat gebruikers snel en professioneel geholpen worden bij IT-problemen - en je bouwt ondertussen aan je eigen groei, met certificeringen en een opleidingsplan op maat. Wat ga je doen? Je biedt ondersteuning op locatie en lost IT-incidenten op die niet remote verholpen kunnen worden. Je werkt nauw samen met de servicedesk en zorgt dat meldingen correct worden afgehandeld. Je taken: - Oplossen van 1e en 2e lijns incidenten op locatie; - Installeren, configureren en vervangen van laptops, desktops en randapparatuur; - Ondersteunen bij werkplekbeheer en migraties; - Beheren van accounts en rechten in Active Directory en Microsoft 365; - Uitvoeren van updates, patches en basisbeheer; - Registreren en documenteren van meldingen en oplossingen; - Terugkerende problemen signaleren en meedenken over verbeteringen. Wat bieden wij? - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.610 en € 3.250, afhankelijk van je ervaring; - Een jaarlijkse beoordeling waarbij je tot 10% kunt groeien in salaris; - Een jaarcontract met een goede pensioenregeling; - Een leaseauto óf volledige OV-reiskostenvergoeding; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar en 8,33% vakantiegeld; - Opleidingen en certificeringen (Microsoft, ITIL, Azure), volledig gefinancierd door igen; - Een persoonlijk opleidingsplan en begeleiding door je eigen fieldmanager, afgestemd op jouw ambities; - Een betrokken organisatie waarin je geen nummer bent, maar een collega.
