Als On Site Support Engineer los je IT-problemen direct op de werkvloer op en zorg je dat collega's snel weer verder kunnen. Je lost incidenten op, richt laptops en werkplekken in en helpt bij problemen met hardware, software en accounts. Wat ga je doen? - Oplossen van IT-incidenten op locatie - Installeren en configureren van laptops en werkplekken - Ondersteunen bij hardware-, software- en accountproblemen - Uitgeven, vervangen en innemen van IT-hardware - Registreren en afhandelen van meldingen in het ticketsysteem Wil jij werken als On Site Support Engineer en juist daar ondersteunen waar de IT wordt gebruikt?
