Als On Site Support Engineer ben jij op locatie het technische aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkplekken goed functioneren, lost storingen op en helpt collega's snel weer verder wanneer de techniek tegenzit. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend: het ene moment los je een probleem met een laptop of randapparatuur op, het volgende moment richt je een nieuwe werkplek in of ondersteun je bij een migratie. Daarnaast werk je mee aan IT-projecten waarmee de digitale werkomgeving verder wordt vernieuwd en verbeterd. Wat ga je doen? - Je ondersteunt gebruikers direct op locatie bij uiteenlopende IT-vragen en technische problemen; - Je installeert, configureert en beheert laptops, werkplekken en randapparatuur; - Je analyseert en verhelpt hardware- en softwarestoringen; - Je zorgt dat nieuwe of vervangen werkplekken volledig gebruiksklaar worden opgeleverd; - Je ondersteunt bij migraties en veranderingen binnen de IT-omgeving; - Je registreert werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat openstaande meldingen correct worden opgevolgd; - Je werkt mee aan verschillende IT-projecten rondom de digitale werkplek.
