Voor een organisatie in Aalsmeer zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste On-Site Support Medewerker. In deze afwisselende functie ben jij het gezicht van de IT op de werkvloer en zorg je ervoor dat collega's iedere dag zorgeloos kunnen werken. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Bij igen staat jouw ontwikkeling centraal. Daarom kun je rekenen op: - Een salaris tussen €2.600,- en €3.200,-, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring; - Leaseauto of volledige reiskostenvergoeding; - Opleidings- en certificeringsmogelijkheden, zoals Microsoft 365, Azure en ITIL; - Persoonlijke begeleiding en een ontwikkelplan afgestemd op jouw ambities; - Afwisselende opdrachten bij toonaangevende organisaties in Aalsmeer en omgeving; - Een betrokken organisatie waarin jij geen nummertje bent, maar een collega. Over de rol Als On-Site Support Medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers op locatie. Je ondersteunt collega's bij uiteenlopende IT-vraagstukken, lost storingen op en zorgt ervoor dat hardware en software optimaal functioneren. Dankzij jouw proactieve houding en technische kennis kunnen gebruikers snel weer verder met hun werkzaamheden. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Oplossen van 1e en 2e lijns incidenten op locatie; - Installeren, configureren en vervangen van laptops, desktops, mobiele apparaten en randapparatuur; - Ondersteunen van gebruikers bij hardware-, software- en netwerkgerelateerde vraagstukken; - Beheren van gebruikersaccounts en autorisaties binnen Active Directory en Microsoft 365; - Uitvoeren van werkplekverhuizingen, hardware-uitrol en lifecycle management; - Registrere...
