Als On Site Support Medewerker in Hilversum zorg jij ervoor dat collega's snel weer aan de slag kunnen bij technische storingen. Van werkplekbeheer tot ondersteuning bij hardware en software, jij bent het vertrouwde gezicht op locatie. Wat bieden wij jou? - Brutosalaris van €2.610 - €3.250 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring - Een jaarlijkse beoordeling waarbij je ieder jaar tot 10% in salaris kunt groeien; - Een jaarcontract met een goede pensioenregeling; - Een leaseauto of een volledige OV-reiskostenvergoeding; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar en 8,33% vakantiegeld; - Uitgebreide studiemogelijkheden die volledig door igen worden gefinancierd, zoals het behalen van certificaten en het volgen van trainingen, cursussen of opleidingen. Jouw ambitie staat hierin centraal! - Persoonlijke begeleiding door je eigen fieldmanager en ondersteuning van onze eigen Microsoft Certified Trainer bij jouw loopbaandoelen. Over de rol Je ondersteunt eindgebruikers bij uiteenlopende vragen en problemen op het gebied van hard- en software. Bij technische of functionele verstoringen zorg jij voor een snelle en effectieve oplossing, zodat collega's zonder onderbreking verder kunnen werken. Met jouw inzet op het gebied van werkplekbeheer en monitoring houd je de IT-omgeving optimaal draaiend en signaleer je problemen voordat ze impact hebben. Naast je dagelijkse werkzaamheden neem je ook deel aan projecten en migraties, waarbij je meedenkt over verbeteringen in het IT-landschap. Zo draag jij bij aan een stabiele, efficiënte en gebruiksvriendelijke IT-omgeving waarin eindgebruikers optimaal ondersteund worden.
