Over de rol Als On-Site Support Medewerker ben jij hét gezicht van de IT-afdeling op locatie. Jij staat klaar voor medewerkers, lost problemen direct op en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen prettig kan blijven werken. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Oplossen van 1e en 2e lijns incidenten op locatie; Installeren, vervangen en configureren van hardware zoals laptops, desktops, printers en mobiele devices; Ondersteunen van werkplekbeheer, migraties en implementaties van nieuwe systemen; Beheren van accounts en rechten in o.a. Active Directory en Microsoft 365; Uitvoeren van updates, patches en basisbeheer; Registreren van meldingen en documenteren van oplossingen; Meedenken over verbeteringen in werkplekbeheer en gebruikerssupport.
