Als On-Site Support Medewerker in Helmond ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer tijdens een grootschalige migratie naar een moderne Microsoft 365 werkplek. Je begeleidt medewerkers stap voor stap bij de overstap en zorgt ervoor dat zij zonder problemen verder kunnen werken. In deze rol combineer je techniek met communicatie en werk je binnen een gestructureerd projectteam. Wat krijg je van ons - Leerzame en uitdagende projecten bij verschillende toonaangevende opdrachtgevers; - Een bruto maandsalaris rond de €3.200 - €3.500 o.b.v. 36 uur, afhankelijk van je vooropleiding en werkervaring; - Een jaarcontract met een goede pensioenregeling; - Een leaseauto of een volledige OV-reiskostenvergoeding; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar en 8,33% vakantiegeld; - Uitgebreide studiemogelijkheden die volledig door igen worden gefinancierd, zoals het behalen van certificaten en het volgen van trainingen, cursussen of opleidingen. Jouw ambitie staat hierin centraal! - Persoonlijke begeleiding door je eigen fieldmanager gedurende het project; Over de rol Als On-Site Support Medewerker in regio Helmond ondersteun je medewerkers tijdens de overgang naar een nieuwe digitale werkplek gebaseerd op Microsoft 365 en Intune. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en helpt gebruikers die minder technisch zijn om soepel over te stappen. Je werkt in een landelijk uitrolteam, verdeeld over regio's, en schakelt met werkplekbeheer, servicedesk en change-/adoptieteams. - Begeleiden van medewerkers bij de migratie naar Windows 11 en Intune werkplekken - Ondersteunen bij het omzetten van mobiele devices (iPhone/ Intune) - Controleren of basisfunctionaliteiten werken zoals e-mail, Teams en bestanden - Beantwoorden van technische vragen en uitle...
