Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheid is ervoor te zorgen dat de systemen soepel draaien en dat eindgebruikers ter plaatse actieve ondersteuning ontvangen bij technische en/of functionele storingen. Mocht je zelf niet tot een oplossing komen, schakel je de hulp in van je collega's op de servicedesk. Wat krijg je van ons - Leerzame en uitdagende projecten bij verschillende toonaangevende opdrachtgevers; - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €2.700 en €3.400, afhankelijk van je vooropleiding en werkervaring; - Een jaarlijkse beoordeling waarbij je ieder jaar tot 10% kunt groeien in salaris; - Een jaarcontract met een goede pensioenregeling; - Een leaseauto of een volledige OV-reiskostenvergoeding; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar en 8,33% vakantiegeld; - Uitgebreide studiemogelijkheden die volledig door igen worden gefinancierd, zoals het behalen van certificaten en het volgen van trainingen, cursussen of opleidingen. Jouw ambitie staat hierin centraal! - Persoonlijke begeleiding door je eigen fieldmanager en ondersteuning van onze eigen Microsoft Certified Trainer bij jouw loopbaandoelen. Jouw werkzaamheden als On Site Support Medewerker - Persoonlijke ondersteuning bieden aan eindgebruikers bij technische en functionele problemen; - Opzetten, vervangen en verplaatsen van werkplekken, inclusief patchen van netwerkoutlets en omwisselen van switches; - Uitgeven, installeren en vervangen van laptops, desktops, tablets en smartphones; - Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor beveiligingsupdates, back-ups en storage-projecten; - Assisteren van de IT-servicedesk bij het oplossen van incidenten, zowel in de eerste als tweede lijn. - Met jouw sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en communicatieve vaardigheden stel...
