- Vacature - Discriminatie.nl zoekt een onafhankelijk lid voor de Externe Klachtencommissie. Gepubliceerd op: 22 september 2026 Wilt u bijdragen aan een eerlijke en onafhankelijke behandeling van klachten over de dienstverlening van Discriminatie.nl? Dan komen wij graag met u in contact. Over Discriminatie.nl Discriminatie.nl is de landelijke organisatie van de antidiscriminatievoorzieningen (ADV's) in Nederland. Iedereen die discriminatie ervaart of ziet, kan bij een ADV terecht voor gratis ondersteuning, advies en behandeling van een melding of klacht. Daarnaast werken de ADV's aan het voorkomen van discriminatie door middel van voorlichting, training, onderzoek en advies. Wat doet de Externe Klachtencommissie? Discriminatie.nl vindt het belangrijk dat klachten over de dienstverlening zorgvuldig en eerlijk worden behandeld. Een klacht wordt eerst behandeld door de betrokken ADV. Is iemand daarna nog niet tevreden over de afhandeling van de klacht? Dan kan de klacht worden voorgelegd aan de Externe Klachtencommissie. De Externe Klachtencommissie beoordeelt de klacht onafhankelijk, bestudeert de relevante stukken en kan een (online) hoorzitting organiseren. Vervolgens brengt de commissie een gemotiveerd advies uit over de klacht. De commissie bestaat momenteel uit drie onafhankelijke leden. Wij zoeken een vierde onafhankelijk lid. De benoeming is voor een periode van drie jaar. Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken iemand die: - maatschappelijk betrokken is; - onafhankelijk en zorgvuldig kan oordelen; - integer is en respectvol omgaat met vertrouwelijke informatie; - niet werkt voor of op een andere manier verbonden is aan Discriminatie.nl of een aangesloten ADV; - beschikt over goede luister-, analyse- en doorvraagvaardigheden; - duidelijk communiceert en goed kan samenwerken.
