Zinzia Zorggroep zoekt een Onafhankelijk voorzitter Cliëntenraad Zinzia Zorggroep Wil jij bijdragen aan zorg waarin de stem van bewoners en naasten echt meetelt? Zinzia Zorggroep zoekt een onafhankelijke voorzitter die de cliëntenraad professioneel ondersteunt, structuur brengt en zorgt dat het cliëntenperspectief doorklinkt in beleid en besluitvorming. Je leidt vergaderingen, bewaakt een zorgvuldig medezeggenschapsproces en ondersteunt goed onderbouwde adviezen en instemmingsbesluiten. Je bent geen medewerker van Zinzia of lid van een lokale cliëntenraad, maakt geen deel uit van de cliëntenraad en hebt geen stemrecht. Wat ga je doen? Je zit vergaderingen voor en zorgt voor een open, respectvolle en besluitvaardige dialoog. Samen met de (ambtelijk) secretaris stel je de agenda op, bewaak je voorbereiding, acties en besluiten. Je duidt (concept)beleidsstukken op hoofdlijnen en maakt de impact op cliënten en hun dagelijks leven inzichtelijk. Rolzuiverheid en advies- en instemmingstrajecten worden door jou bewaakt en je bevordert de samenwerking met bestuur, management en zorgprofessionals. Ieders bijdrage, gezamenlijke besluitvorming en draagvlak binnen de raad wordt door jou gestimuleerd. Waar passend vertegenwoordig je de cliëntenraad extern en ben je aanspreekpunt voor het functioneren van de raad. Ten slotte stel je samen met de raad het werkplan en jaarverslag op en bewaak je de voortgang. Wie ben jij? In deze rol: - Heb je affiniteit met ouderenzorg en het perspectief van bewoners en naasten; kennis van zorg en welzijn is een pré; - Beschik je over aantoonbare ervaring met voorzitten en/of procesbegeleiding en vergader je doel- en resultaatgericht; - Bezit je goede luistervaardigheden, maak je complexe informatie begrijpelijk en formuleer je afspraken en besluiten helder; - Ben je kritisch en oplossingsgericht, verbind je bela...
