Kennis en ervaring · Je hebt een aantoonbare ervaring met medezeggenschap, en bij voorkeur met cliëntparticipatie en of governance in de zorg. · Basiskennis van de WMcz2018 en bereidheid deze kennis actueel te houden. · Ruime ervaring met het leiden van vergaderingen en het begeleiden van meerstemmige groepen en processen. · Je hebt bestuurlijke sensitiviteit en weet verschillende belangen samen te brengen. · Kennis van of ervaring met de gehandicaptenzorg is een pre. Competenties Daarnaast beschik je over de volgende competenties: Onafhankelijk en integer.
