In deze opdracht werk je op het snijvlak van beleid, participatie, techniek en lokale samenwerking. Je ondersteunt de ontwikkeling van beleid en afwegingskaders en draagt bij aan haalbare, uitvoerbare warmteoplossingen. Daarbij heb je veel ruimte om zelf richting te geven aan de aanpak en de inhoud. Wat ga je doen - Je bereidt regionale bijeenkomsten rondom kleine warmtenetten inhoudelijk voor, organiseert ze en ondersteunt de uitvoering. - Je ontwikkelt en scherpt lokaal warmtebeleid aan voor kleine warmtenet-initiatieven. - Je onderhoudt contact met initiatiefnemers in de regio, zowel bewoners als corporaties. - Je draagt bij aan kansrijkheidsanalyses, bijvoorbeeld op basis van energielabels, bouwjaar en WOZ. - Je toetst de haalbaarheid van projecten en verwerkt dit in een rapportage voor lopende initiatieven. - Je signaleert knelpunten in de uitvoering, zoals capaciteit en bereik van doelgroepen. - Je ontwerpt samen met gemeenten, woningcorporaties, energiecoöperaties en andere regionale partners een samenwerkingsmethodiek om de haalbaarheid van kleine netten te vergroten. Eisen - Je hebt een aantoonbaar afgeronde technische en/of duurzame ontwikkeling opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelor niveau. - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met beleidsvorming én strategische advisering binnen de warmtetransitie. - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met het uitvoeren van haalbaarheidstoetsen voor kleine warmtenetten binnen een gemeentelijke of regionale energietransitiecontext. - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring met het samenwerken én afstemmen met meerdere stakeholdergroepen binnen de energietransitie, zoals overheden, woningcorporaties, energiecoöperaties en vergelijkbare organisaties. - Je beschikt over eigen IT-middelen, waaronder laptop, telefoon en bijbehorende accessoires.
