Als Onafhankelijke Projectleider Kleinschalige Warmtecollectieven ondersteun je gemeenten en lokale initiatiefnemers bij de ontwikkeling van kleinschalige warmtenetten. Je werkt op het snijvlak van beleid, techniek en bewonersparticipatie. De focus ligt op de initiatief- en haalbaarheidsfase, waarbij je zelfstandig werkt aan concrete resultaten en regionale samenwerking stimuleert. Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Ontwikkelen en aanscherpen van lokaal warmtebeleid en afwegingskaders voor kleinschalige warmtenetten - Uitvoeren van kansrijkheidsanalyses en toetsen van de technische, organisatorische en financiële haalbaarheid van warmte-initiatieven - Ondersteunen van bewonersinitiatieven, woningcorporaties en energiecoöperaties bij de eerste stappen richting uitvoerbare warmteprojecten - Ontwikkelen van een regionale samenwerkingsmethodiek met gemeenten en maatschappelijke partners om de haalbaarheid van kleine warmtenetten te vergroten - Voorbereiden en organiseren van regionale bijeenkomsten, stimuleren van kennisdeling en signaleren van knelpunten in de uitvoering Een uitgebreider functieprofiel en meer achtergrondinformatie over de organisatie en afdeling is voorhanden.
