Over Ons Werken bij WebwinkelKeur Word jij onze nieuwe Onboarding Specialist? Eerst even over ons Bij WebwinkelKeur werken we iedere dag aan veiliger en betrouwbaarder e-commerce. Dat doen we met ons keurmerk, juridische ondersteuning, klachten- en geschillenbemiddeling en een geavanceerd reviewsysteem waarmee webshops hun online reputatie kunnen opbouwen. Onze software wordt inmiddels niet alleen door WebwinkelKeur gebruikt. Ook meerdere internationale keurmerken werken met onze technologie. Met ons eigen developmentteam blijven we het platform continu verbeteren en nieuwe functies ontwikkelen. Ondertussen zijn we uitgegroeid tot marktleider en werken bijna 10.000 webshops met WebwinkelKeur. Toch zijn we als organisatie bewust compact en toegankelijk gebleven. Geen log bedrijf met eindeloze lagen, maar korte lijnen en direct contact met elkaar én onze leden. We geloven dat goede software niet ingewikkeld of onbetaalbaar hoeft te zijn. Onze basis is eigenlijk heel simpel: goede software, persoonlijke klantenservice en een betaalbare prijs. En daar kom jij in beeld Nieuwe webwinkeliers melden zich dagelijks bij WebwinkelKeur aan. Aan jou de taak om ervoor te zorgen dat ze niet alleen succesvol door onze keuring komen, maar daarna ook écht alles uit hun lidmaatschap halen. Je helpt ze met de juridische basis, denkt mee over de inrichting van hun webshop en zorgt dat onze widgets, reviews en andere functies goed worden ingezet. Soms via mail, maar liever pak je gewoon even de telefoon. Dit is een nieuwe functie binnen WebwinkelKeur. Dat betekent dat nog niet alles in beton gegoten is. Je krijgt volop ruimte om mee te denken over de precieze invulling van de rol en hoe we onze onboarding steeds slimmer en beter kunnen maken.
