Achter de douane, in de hangars en kantoorgebouwen van KLM, zorg jij als Onderhoudscoördinator E en W dat alle installaties perfect blijven draaien. Jij bent degene die het overzicht houdt. Je coördineert de werkzaamheden van technici en onderaannemers, controleert of het werk goed en op tijd is uitgevoerd en zorgt dat rapportages en onderhoudsplanningen kloppen. Met jouw technisch inzicht en organisatorisch talent zorg je dat alles soepel verloopt, van planning tot oplevering. Wat ga je doen? - Coördineren en bewaken van onderhoud aan elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige installaties - Aansturen van technici en onderaannemers, en zorgen voor een strakke planning - Controleren of werkzaamheden correct en volgens afspraak zijn uitgevoerd - Opstellen van rapportages en terugkoppelingen naar betrokkenen - Toezien op naleving van procedures, uniforme werkwijze en juiste registratie in Focus - Signaleren van vervolgacties en deze opvolgen Kortom: jij zorgt dat het onderhoudsproces vlekkeloos verloopt: veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning.
