Als Medewerker Onderhoud Gebouwen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het algemeen onderhoud van de gebouwen, installaties en buitenomgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles netjes, veilig en in goede staat blijft.

Je taken omvatten:

  • Uitvoeren van algemene onderhouds- en herstellingswerken aan gebouwen en infrastructuur.
  • Schilderwerken en opfrissingswerken uitvoeren waar nodig.
  • Kleine constructie-, montage- en timmerwerken realiseren.
  • Onderhoud van de buitenomgeving, zoals opruimen, kleine groenwerken en het netjes houden van het terrein.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en kleine technische herstellingen.
  • Signaleren van defecten en meedenken over duurzame oplossingen.
  • Samenwerken met collega's en externe firma's bij grotere onderhoudswerken.

Onze ideale medewerker onderhoud gebouwen

  • Ervaring in gebouwonderhoud, technische dienstverlening of een gelijkaardige functie is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Een echte handige harry met een praktische en hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Staat mee in voor het onderhoud van het volledige gebouw en de buitenomgeving en zorgt ervoor dat alles netjes, veilig en goed onderhouden blijft.
  • Kleine herstellingen worden zelfstandig uitgevoerd en de handen worden graag uit de mouwen gestoken.
  • Schilderwerken, eenvoudige constructie-, montage- en kluswerken behoren eveneens tot het takenpakket.
  • Werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en ziet werk zonder dat dit telkens gevraagd hoeft te worden.
  • Een gemotiveerde en collegiale ingesteldheid, met het vermogen om zowel goed samen te werken als zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands.
