Jij werkt het liefst met je handen, ben je graag fysiek bezig en krijg je voldoening van iets opbouwen dat je meteen ziet groeien. In deze job sta je niet stil en hoef je geen hele dagen achter papier of schermen te zitten. Je komt terecht in een team waar hard werken vanzelfsprekend is, maar waar ook gelachen mag worden. Hier telt wat je kan en hoe je meedraait, niet waar je vandaan komt of wie je bent. Iedereen krijgt respect en ruimte om zichzelf te zijn. Je zoekt een stabiele job met duidelijke afspraken, werkzekerheid en afwisseling in je dagen. Dit is een plek waar jij je vaardigheden kan inzetten en verder kan uitbouwen.

Wat ga je doen? Als tuinarbeider werk je mee aan het aanleggen en onderhouden van tuinen en buitenruimtes. Je bent praktisch bezig, lost kleine problemen ter plaatse op en ziet elke dag het resultaat van je werk. Je werkt samen met collega’s, maar krijgt ook voldoende ruimte om zelfstandig taken op te nemen.

Je taken zijn onder andere:

  • Aanleggen van tuinen: grondwerken, bestrating, terrassen en afsluitingen
  • Meewerken aan houten constructies en tuinstructuren
  • Onderhoudswerken zoals maaien, snoeien en aanplanten
  • Materialen correct gebruiken en mee zorg dragen voor orde op de werf
  • Praktisch meedenken en oplossingen zoeken tijdens de uitvoering

Het werk is afwisselend en fysiek. Geen eindeloze herhaling, wel elke dag iets anders en duidelijk werk om trots op te zijn.
